Since its founding in 2013, WHITE APARTMENTS has been the first choice for tenants seeking stylish yet affordable homes combined with personal, proactive service. Our verified apartments meet high hygiene standards and are professionally cleaned after each rental.
Driven by our passion for beautiful living spaces, we’ve expanded our services beyond furnished rentals: since 2024, we also offer unfurnished long-term rentals, and from 2025, we’ve even started selling selected apartments.
In the meantime, our portfolio has grown across Europe — we now rent out apartments not only in Berlin, but also in Leipzig, Frankfurt am Main, Vienna, and Prague.

The Berlin property market has undergone a profound transformation.
Just two decades ago, the city was still recovering from the fall of the Berlin Wall, with unemployment rates around 20%. Milan Sekela earned a diploma in Media and Political Science at Humboldt-Universität Berlin
Katarzyna has been responsible for internal and external controlling in Berlin and Frankfurt since 2018. Katarzyna previously worked for the Polish Embassy in Asia. Katarzyna holds a Masters in Business Administration
Juliane managed customer service for tenants in Berlin from 2018 to 2022. Since 2022 she is responsible for the key account management for landlords and investors. Juliane has a bachelor’s degree in cultural and media studies from the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich.
Oliwia is responsible for the condition and quality of our apartments.
With great attention to detail, she carefully inspects every property and documents even the smallest issues to ensure that each apartment meets our high standards before it is handed over to the next tenant.
