The apartment is located in on the 4th floor of a modern house built in 2012 in the John-Schehr Straße.

This spacious 2-room apartment has a large living room with an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils. There are large glass doors on the 2 sides of the dining area, which make it very bright. There is a dining table that fits four people. It is especially enjoyable to have a brunch or afternoon coffee/tea on a sunny weekend. The balcony is facing the quiet backyard of the house and can be accessed both from the dining area and the living area. You will also find a large smart TV. There is a well-furnished office area in the living room with a table, chair, sideboard and bookshelves.

In the bedroom you will find a comfortable king-size bed. There are large windows overlooking the trees which gives you a calming park-view feeling. Even in the bathroom you will find a long window which allows the sun to shine through for you to start a beautiful day every morning. Decorated with warm beige tiles, the spacious bathroom is designed and furnished to make you feel cosy and relaxed. AREA
Prenzlauer Berg is one of the most popular neighbourhoods in Berlin with gorgeous architecture and vibrant cultural lives. It is very famous for lovely cafes, restaurants, boutique shops, grocery stores and parks. The apartment is located on a quiet street, close to the Anton-Saefkow-Park and the Ernst-Thälmann-Park, perfect for jogging and just having a nice walk to free your mind. There is also a supermarket REWE at the corner of the street. The public transportation (S-bahn, Bus, Metrotram etc.) are all within walking distance.

There is an optional parking space in the garage (with an additional cost of 150€) which provides the possibility to charge your electric vehicle.
